Satisfaction Survey Report

As a result of changes earlier on this year, the board met and felt that a survey needed to be done to find out whether the organisation was providing the services and information that our members required what we could do to improve our service to them.

Following this, a survey was carried out on behalf of Dudley Federation by Tracey Smith, Quality Development officer for DMBC. The findings of this survey are now with us and we will be presenting a report to our members at the next General Meeting on Thursday 31st January 2013.

Examples of the suggestions made include more feedback, more information and to continue the transparency that has been shown in the last few months. In order to be transparent, we will also be presenting the findings of the Audit which began in May and was completed in July 2012, and how we have and will be implementing the changes suggested in the report.
