As you’re probably aware, new legislation came into effect on 25th May 2018.

In line with this, we have produced clear procedures for collecting data. Our data is stored according to how you sign up to hear from us.

TRA members & non-TRA members – stored in a database on a secure server.

People who contact us in need of help –  your data may need be passed on to a relevant department in DMBC with your express permission and will be stored securely only for the amount of time that your case is open. After this, your data will be destroyed.

Members of the Public – If you have signed up via interests.me, your details will be used solely for sending Dudley Federation e-newsletters via interests.me.
