Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey

You may remember seeing information about this survey previously, Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys are now carried out every three months by Acuity Research & Practice.

They will contact tenants by telephone with the aim of interviewing 275 tenants each quarter, and the survey should take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete. If tenants receive a call from Acuity, the number displayed will be 01384 981091. They will not call from any other number.

Upcoming batches of calls for 2025-26 will commence on 15th September, 6th December and 16 March for 2 weeks each time.
